Andre Simmons, a Sophomore safety from Virginia has been suspended from the team due to an on-campus incident that might have involved armed robbery.
You hope that this story is exaggerated or something. With this teams history with gun violence, you would think something like this wouldn't happen to a Vandy football player, let alone in a campus dorm.

It doesn't take a terribly trained eye to figure out why this student would happen to have a) a safe in his dorm room, b) with $5k in it, c) that other people had reason to know about.
