Vanderbilt Rolls over Army 44 - 21; Commodores Get 4th Win

Vanderbilt took care of business. Zac Stacey turned in a dominating performance, gaining 198 yards on 21 carries, with 2 touchdowns. Jordan Rodgers, who made his debut as the Commodores starter, was also flight of foot, gaining 100 yards on 18 carries and a touchdown. Rodgers finished the game 10-27 for 186 yards, 2 touchdowns, and 2 interceptions. While 37% is a terrible completion percentage, Rodgers made some great throws and had a few balls dropped by his receivers.

Vanderbilt out-gained the #1 rushing offense in the country 355 yards to 291, and moved the ball up and down the field throughout the night.

When this season began, I said I wold consider CJF's inaugural campaign to be a success if the team got 4 wins. Well, it's October 22 and the Commodores are 4-3 with 5 left to play. If you aren't excited about this team now, you probably need to reconsider having VSL bookmarked.

Rodgers is a really good QB just needs more time with the 1st team to get down his timing with the WR's.
