The Price is Right...

Vanderbilt's own David Price pitched 1 1/3 innings to earn his first major league decision and lift the Rays to their first ever World Series. If the Rays had let Price pitch to David Ortiz in the 7th inning of Game 5, tonight's heroics might not have been interested.

Price was nothing short of spectacular. Gotta love that Vanderbilt got two or three shout-outs while he was pitching.

What an amazing performance, especially against the terrible red soxs. Youngest ever to close a ALCS gave successfully? I think so!

A) VSL needs a nickname for David Price
B) He is on Espn 360 tonight
C) How much action do we expect to see from him in the WS?

wow, could there be less excitement about football now? we're still 5-2 and we have a great shot of going 6-2 into a bye week. take that momentum into florida and who knows what can happen. great things are still possible.
