Wimbledon Update

Since I'm currently unemployed and have nothing better to do then pack up in preparation for my move west, I've been able to spend a good chunk of time watching Wimbledon. Between a set break during another dominating performance by Darth Federer, Chris Fowler informed the world that Vandy's own Bobby Reynolds (Class '04 and former hallmate of mine) has advanced to the 3rd round and is one of four American men remaining.

This marks the second time Bobby has made it to the 3rd round of a major; the other being the Aussie Open. He's currently 102 in world in singles and 67 in doubles. Not bad. If you're a tennis fan, I encourage ya'll to try and follow his progress at www.wimbledon.org.

While I root for any Vandy alum there are things to talk about besides Tennis. Such as Vandy just signed its 4th recruit of the upcoming football class. Darrius McMullin looks like a real solid DT prospect, is on the ESPN 150 watch list and will prob be one of our better recruits it what is supposed to be a smaller class.
