What's Good For the Ivyies Could Be Good for ... Vanderbilt
There's a story in today's New York Times about how Ivy League schools' decisions to increase financial-aid to students has had a tremendous impact on their ability to recruit athletes. Vanderbilt made the decision a few years ago to move away from student loans, instead opting into the model adopted by schools like Harvard and Princeton that is the subject of this article.
