Basketball Injury Update / Haircut News

First, the semi-interesting news: Festus is "almost back" to full health after undergoing knee surgery (unreal that he played through most of last season with a ruptured patella tendon); Tinsley is dribbling and shooting again with his right hand after fracturing a finger a month ago (an injury that apparently forced him to improve his left-hand skills, which could be a big asset this year); and the Thunder is hoping to be back to full strength by the season opener after suffering a major offseason setback involving surgery to repair the crushed bone in his right ankle (again, amazing that he played through it).

Now, the really interesting news: Brad Tinsley is apparently sporting a faux-hawk haircut these days.  Please take a moment to allow this information to sink in...

I'm putting out an APB right now -- if anyone has photographic documentation of said faux-hawk, kindly email the newsroom and we will post.  In the meantime, the floor is open for discussion.

As long as Brad doesn't get a hair-do like Sanjaya from american idol, which by the way does still blow fanny.

The watershed moment for me will the 1st time JT gets the rock in the 1st game. Will he: (a) drive hard to the basket; (b) pull up for an outside J; or (c) do anything involving a double spin move?

D: all of the above, in sequence.

What Chuck said. I want to see some senior badassery out of JT this year.

Also, for photographic evidence of the faux-hawk, check out the Preseason Men's Photoshoot on VUCommodores.com. Glorious.
