The Vandy DC Alumni group is throwing an event this Saturday, March 5, 2010 at UNION JACK's in Arlington to watch the Men's b-ball squad take on the Florida Gators. The game starts at 6pm.
However, the reason I'm pimping the event is that I will be there as an ambassador for the National Commodore Club. As many of you know as part of the "Dores on Board" campaign, Vanderbilt Sports Line is trying to get 40 new NCC members and donations of $5g's. We are making progress but def have more to do.
I'm not going to be hassling anyone at the bar (especially during the game) but will have some information about the NCC as well as some nice freebies and even a pretty huge raffle prize to give away at halftime.
So come on down in you live in the DC area. Union Jack's is located at 671 N. Glebe Road (inside the Ballston Commons Mall) in Arlington, VA.
