Congratulations, Bruce Fowler
FootballScoop.com is reporting that Bruce Fowler, former Vanderbilt Defensive Coordinator and most recently the Commodores Assistant Head Coach, will be Furman's next Head Football Coach. During his tenure, Coach Fowler sent 5 Commodores to the NFL. VSLNation wishes Coach Fowler and his family all the best as they return to South Carolina and the Paladin's program.

Bruce was a good DC for us. Our defense was a streght for many many years... Furman got a great hire.
