Our worst loss may not end up looking so bad come tournament time. WKU always turns it up come tournament time. They have won 6 in a row including 2 OT wins on the road. They are only one game behind nabbing the #1 seed after these victories in their conference and even if they end up with the #3 seed they will be in a good position to win the tournament. Essentially our worst loss could be to an NCAA team which is never bad. In fact every team we've lost to outside of UGA is either in (Kentucky), on the bubble (Illinois, Cincy), or could potentially win their conference tournament (WKU). Has there ever been a Vandy team we could say that about?
And UGA was on the road and they beat Georgia Tech, UT, and Florida there. Tomorrow night they have UK to continue to build on that home resume (I really hope they do).
