I don't understand why this story took over 2 months to come out but anything and everything about certain other schools is immediatly out in the Nashville area...bias???

Probably because Nickson doesn't have a high profile.

Or because he was arraigned today and this was the first time it was on anyone's radar screen. Like it or not, a graduated Vanderbilt QB who didn't play much after his junior year isn't going to generate the ink of a potential All-American stopped for having drugs and weapons. It's more likely than not the arresting officers didn't even know Nickson played college football, for Vanderbilt or any other team.

Or because he was arrested JANUARY 6TH, I was saying there was a bias...no idea why the story is just now coming out, and he wasn't arraigned anytime recently if you read the story...I hope Ogilvy comes down with some Australian hair dye disease...sweet highlights...seriously???

I'm with anonymous who repeated three times that 1) it sucks, 2) I hope she is ok, and 3) I hope he learns from this.

I completely got that you said it was "bias", but frankly PJ you fail to understand the way that "news" works. The majority of Middle Tennessee doesn't view a very poor decision by Chris Nickson in NEAR the light of importance as one of a potential All-American forward for the much more followed University, regardless of the severity of either incident.

As for your comment on Ogilvy, I guess we can talk about Wayne Chism's failure to place his headband all the way on his head, or the fact that Brian Williams is a fat lard. Both of those comments add as much value to the discussion as the one you so intelligently posed.
