We'll weigh in later, but what did you think about tonight's 67-58 loss?

outhustled, outrebounded, turned the ball over too much, press didn't work, rushed our offense too much and we flat out sucked. at least ogilvy looked good...... and jenkins scored some.... but wow, horrible.

I wrote on my blog that if I would have paid for that trip to Maui, I would have ask Coach Stallings for a refund. Brutal game to watch. Besides JJ, only 15% on 3s and 26% from the field.

27.5% from the field?!?! Is the Bearcat defense that good?

Let's be clear, Jenkins scored a couple points, but he also played with the intensity of my 90 year old grandmother for large spurts of the game and gave up on a bunch of plays. So Let's not annoint him just yet. The only person who played with less energy and passion was Beal, who seemed far more interested in dribbling between his legs as he meandered up court and jacking up bad threes, then coming to the ball when it was passed to him or covering anyone on the press and in half court. I personally thought that if there had been any other options, KS should have benched both of them, and would seriously consider doing so tomorrow just to get the point across. Cincinnati wasn't very good, we were just embarrassing.

AJ's lack of production and inability to establish an inside presence has officially transitioned from being peculiar to troubling. I hope that this loss is a wake up call. I fear another season where the team is on the wrong end of the bubbly come March.
