Pretty much official: Calipari is Coming to Kentucky

The Memphis Commercial Appeal has called it. Kentucky Sports Radio is in the black, which means that rabid Kentucky fans are checking it out non-stop, and A Sea of Blue has called it.

This is a straight up good hire for Kentucky. Calipari can recruit, coach, pretty much all they need. He may recruit dirt bags, get schools into scandals, and refer to hispanic reporters as mexican idiots but when you only care about winning championships who cares right? Right?

Side note: Should CKS actually read this blog (which is unlikely) please take note that this is what NOT to do when Calipari sleazes his way to a victory.

COACHING CAROUSEL UPDATE: Mike Anderson has signed a new 7-year deal to stay at Missouri. The Georgia coaching search will continue.

Must read from SI.com's Andy Staples where SEC Commissioner Mike Silve will ask SEC coaches to beef up their out-of-conference schedule in the wake of only getting 3 bids to this year's tournament. Also looks at what a Calipari Ketucky team will look like.

Mike Anderson staying at Missouri according to SI.com's Seth Davis. Who's the next object of UGA affection? Personally, I think Billy Clyde would be the way to go.
