I'm thinking keys to the game are containing Nick Calathes, translating the aggressiveness we've shown on the boards to aggressiveness in getting to the rim on offense, and getting out of our own heads by feeding off the energy in Memorial.
Getting to a 9-7 or 10-6 conference record with 21 or 22 wins is not unthinkable, and given how bad the SEC is it might not be enough to go dancing this year, but a win today would certainly boost the resume.
Regardless, it's a chance for this young team to make a splash on national TV, to turn the tide of momentum after dropping 3 of the first 4 conference matchups, and to continue the two-year trend of beating the Gators in Memorial. At any rate, it should be an interesting look at some of the SEC's most talented underclassmen going head to head. Vegas has the game as a toss-up -- what say you?
Tune in to CBS at 1:30 EST. "Walsh has crabs" anyone?

We can't hit lay ups. Florida is read hot right now but this game would still be close if we hadn't just missed 6 out of 7 layups. Has K-Stall just forgoten to include layup drills in practice?
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Agreed. Excruciating to watch because the opportunities have been there. Florida's on fire but could our perimeter defense have been much worse in the last seven minutes?
Also, Billy Raftery sure does like to drive the point home when your team is sucking. Thanks for that.
depressing...........
I'm a big k-Stal fan, and historically he's done a great job tweaking the system to have success with what he's got, but he has done a miserable job this year. I know their are a lot of freshmen, but even the upper class men look lost and confused on the floor. Very disappointing.
