Earl Bennett Named SEC Player of the Week...

After having a monster game on Saturday, His Name Is was named SEC Player of the Week. I guess 13 catches (now 35 away from the SEC All-Time record), 223 yards, and 3 Touchdowns got him a little love. VUCommodores.com has the story.

Since law students don't get the benefit of Labor Day, I will have to keep this brief. I will mention that there are some good pieces in both the Tennessean and the Nashville City Paper that are worth a gander.

Finally, true to form, EGG isn't happy with his surrounding. To please the bow-tied one, OSU has announced they will embark on a 2 million dollar renovation of the President's home. How do you spell dilettante?

I get the benefit of labor day.

Of course, I labored all day reading instead of class.

Darren McFadden is probably a top 3 quarterback in the SEC.

Nice first game by Bennett. Let's hope he can do something similar against Bama. You guys are gonna need it.
