4. A solid safety

Seriously, how much mediocrity should we have to put up with before we decide to hire another coach. Other high powered academeic schools are able to succeed in basketball (see Duke, Notre Dame, Stanford, Wake Forest, Georgetown, etc.) Why Kevin Stallings is still leading us to .500 seasons and NIT play is beyond me. Come on, administrators, give us someone who can get the job done.
