I...I guess I have to eat a little crow on this one. I would certainly rather win and be wrong, than lose and be wrong. Big win for the Commies (although it does make the loss at Auburn that much more disappointing) at home. Dan Cage deserves a lot of love, putting up 15 points and 7 boards. Derrick appears to be back, netting 25 and grabbing 7 rebounds himself. Ross Neltner continues to disappoint. 3-5 from the field for 6 points. While he did add 5 assists, he had as many personal fouls as rebounds (4).

Overall though, a great night for Commodore Nation. Not only did Vanderbilt pull off the big win, but Georgia Tech upset Duke, making Vanderbilt's win earlier in the season aganist the Yellow Jackets appear that much more impressive. Vanderbilt has won 10 of its last 11, and is 11-5 overall. Here's to hoping I eat crow the rest of the season!Bobby O'Sheahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06690105481225344056noreply@blogger.com
