Dores-Pack Tonight; CJF Apologizes; Kissam Comes Crumbling Down...Is It a Jinx to Update Our Site?

If you follow this blog for regular and comprehensive updates about news and information related to Vanderbilt sports, well, you really should know better by now.

While we were gone, Vandy continued its hot streak all the way to the SEC championship game, getting tripped up by fellow en fuego Mississippi State only after a furious tear that included a five-run 9th-inning win over Florida featuring a triple steal off a read by Anthony Gomez.  The Dores now find themselves in the driver's seat in the Raleigh Regional.

Demolition of Kissam Quad began yesterday.  The Dores celebrated by throttling UNC Wilmington by a score of 8-2 on 8 stolen bases (love the small ball, love it).  Vandy has a big one tonight against NC State at 6:00.  Watch the action here.

Meanwhile back at the ranch, our own Coach James Franklin has been taking a page out of the politicians' books by making some enemies among women.  Putting foot in mouth is quite the talent he's developing.  Damage control in full effect on West End Ave.  Oh James.

Go Dores.
