Vanderbilt has to win today to have a chance to earn a bye in the SEC Tournament, but they'll also need some help (either Georgia winning, or both Georgia and Kentucky losing). The Commodores have been good, but not great at home this season, dropping 2 SEC games that they really shouldn't have. If not for the bye, Vanderbilt needs today's win from a purely psychological prospective. As has been noted on this blog and on other sites, Coach Stallings is just 1-10 in the final game of the regular season while at Vanderbilt, although a better (albeit still sub .500) 5-6 on Senior Day.

"Not sure?" Did we really need this distraction going into one of the most important games of the season?
WE beat UF and roll we into NCAA. We lose and we limp like we did last year. If we show up we will be fine.
If JJ or JT go pro, they will not be first round and will be playing in Europe or China - bad move. They'll be back next year.
