Do We Want UK to Win or Lose this Game Against MSU?????

My initial reaction is no because I don't want them agitated for Saturday (we already had to play them after they lost their first game of the season) and also want to knock off Kentucky when they are consensus #2 team in the country.

But then again if they lose and we win Thursday night then Saturday's game is for the outright lead in the SEC. Its not often that Vanderbilt has a chance to win the outright SEC (and with Calipari at UK we might not get another chance soon).

I'm still saying we want them coming in thinking their $#!+ don't stink and that they can't lose which means they win tonight. Either way can't wait to get to Memorial Saturday afternoon.

let them lose and let us win. the last thing we need is for UK to win and us lose both.... that would be horrible.

but let's not think this way. let this one unfold, let miss st pull it off (please, oh please) and let vandy get a needed road win at ole miss to stay at the 4 seed solidly. then we can go for the SEC lead against UK saturday. how awesome would that be!?!? that's definitely what i want.

i have a good feeling vandy is going to have a great week.

you might get your wish. We need to play like this. Getting Cousins in foul trouble is so important.

Overtime. Just more mins for Cousins to go crazy (either score lots of points or punch out a camera-man)

Wow, it's almost like these officials want UK to win...

Vandy-Montana, you make an excellent point. The charge called as a block irritated the heck out of me.

Oh, and I won't mention the missed goaltending call...or wait, maybe I will.

Christine, the problem with that block/charge was that the wrong official called it. I'm a high school official and have gone to many college camps, and they PREACH that that official be very patient calling across the key. That should have been his partner's call. The calling official not only was on the other side of the key, but was almost at the three point line. I'm very sure the SEC officials coordinator will have a talk with that crew. Goaltending was bang-bang but should have been called.

HAHA. I think my Flintstone's internet I get here in Montana makes me hit the publish box a few too many times.

Did anyone else notice that foul on wall in OT while shooting that 17 footer? The camera zoomed in on him after the foul and he had this grin on his face which suggests the defender had all ball. I laughed.

Can we please beat Ol' Miss and then beat these a**es?

W. I'm going to assume Cousins won't be getting any phone calls or free water bottles from Vandy fans this week, right?

Well, Cuz, you done played in a relatively easy place compared to where you gonna play at on Saturday. That Memorial gym eats freshman like candy.

Behold the cinderblock inverted corners. Beware the raised playing surface. Tremble at the bipolar benches. Crumble under the simultaneous screaming of 15K voices reacting to a Dolla pull-up Swagga' Three.

Oh, and we don't throw water bottles. We throw tennis balls.

We won't throw anything, but I can't guarantee his phone won't be a target. Walsh, you suck! Walsh, you suck!
