Vandy recently picked up another football commitment. This from Andrew Bridges of ATL according to Rivals.com. Both ESPN and Rivals list Bridges as a Defensive End yet also say he has the ability to play multiple positions at the next level including linebacker, tight end and offensive lineman. To me that seems like a crazy amount of diversity. Basically he can either be a huge TE/DE or a really athletic offensive lineman. Rivals says he is 6'6, 245 while ESPN says he is 6'5, 240. He is rated a 3-star player by both services w/ ESPN grading him as a 75. This is a big pickup if only to take away the sting of Ohio State stealing our top previous commitment. National Signing day is next Wednesday so this recruiting season is quickly wrapping up. According to the guys at Vandysports.com there might be 1 or 2 non-public recruits right now which would pretty much complete this signing class. Excited to see who those last few guys end up being as well as getting all these guys LOI's in because this def looks like an uber-ly talented class.
