Yes, It's Football Season, but...

Commie nation shouldn't forget about the hardwood. My apologies if this has been posted or mentioned already, but ESPN has their SEC shoot around up and the lead article is about Vandy (and unfortunately, the Vols). Glockner gives some nice insight to spark the basketball fans' appetites. Stallings already seems a little aprehensive. Great.

Oh yeah, they have some other schools on their too.

Typical. There is an article talking about how good the Dores will be and then some jackass picks us fifth in the east.

I heard you guys were ripping on the Pats recently. If that's the case, expect an article from the Big Guy shortly.

Do you guys think Stallings is actually nervous about having a big man as a primary offensive weapon or is he just being coy? I don't think Croc OG will be the primary weapon this year, I think this will be more of a transition to him being the man in a year or two.

Speaking of basketball, DB was picked up by the 76ers the other week. His contract isn't guaranteed, but it's a positive development nonetheless.

Stallings is adept at what Lou Holtz pioneered when LH was at ND: Poor-mouthing your own team to the media.

When ND was ranked #1 and they were playing Navy. Holtz said: "I'm worried about this Navy defense, I'm worried about how we match up with their option game, blah blah blah"....ND won 48-3.

This Australian kid could make them a force this year, like they were last year, until of course an obvious travel was not called.
