Dee Davis' two free throws with 22.6 seconds left lifted the Lady Commies over the Gamecocks of South Carolina (By the way, is there such a thing as a female Gamecock? I'm just saying...). Up until that point, Vanderbilt had not led in the game. The ladies are now 15-2 overall and 2-1 in SEC play. While the loss at Ole Miss was certainly disappointing, this team is clearly very good. The fairer Commies play the Gators on Sunday in Nashville.
